TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

These terms and conditions ("T&Cs") apply to the Bosch ‘Dhan Varsha Offer’ (the "Offer").

The Offer is organized by BSH Household Appliances Manufacturing Private Limited ("BSH").

The Offer is operationally managed and executed by Countrywide Network Private Limited (“CNPL”), which is engaged by BSH for end-to-end operations of the Offer including (without limitation) operating the microsite, validating registrations/invoices, issuing confirmation codes and redemption links, communicating with participants, facilitating fulfilment/processing of rewards (including making any payments) and winner verification. CNPL shall be responsible for the Offer operations and participant communications on behalf of BSH.

BSH and/or CNPL may be referred to collectively as the "Organizers" for the limited purposes of administering the Offer.

Offer Period: 01 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 (both days inclusive).

Territory/Coverage: Pan India except the states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala (the "Territory").

2. ELIGIBILITY

• The Offer is open only to residents of India who are 18 years of age or older on the date of participation and are legally competent to contract.
• The Offer is valid only on purchase of the Eligible Products (defined below) from participating offline retail stores in the Territory during the Offer Period.
• The Offer is not valid for purchases made outside the Territory and/or in Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
• Employees of BSH, CNPL, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
• Bulk, institutional, organizational or corporate purchases are not eligible.

3. ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

The Offer is valid only on purchase of the following Bosch small appliances during the Offer Period ("Eligible Products"):

• Bosch Mixer Grinders all models, including Jucier Mixer Grinder & PureMixx.
• Bosch Air Fryers
• Bosch Slow Juicers
• Bosch Vacuum Cleaners
• Bosch Coffee Machines

The Organizers reserve the right to treat any product as ineligible if it is not part of the Eligible Product list for the Offer, or if the invoice does not clearly evidence purchase of an Eligible Product.

4. PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION

To participate, an eligible participant must purchase an Eligible Product during the Offer Period and complete registration through the Offer microsite by scanning the QR code provided at/with the purchase.

During registration, participants will be required to provide/submit certain details including (without limitation):

• Name and mobile number
• Store name and date of purchase
• Number of products purchased (if prompted)
• Valid identity proof details (and/or upload of KYC documents where required)
• Upload of a clear, legible copy of the purchase invoice/bill showing product details, date, store name and invoice number.

Timelines: Registration must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase (or such other period as communicated on the microsite).

Limit: One (1) participation per invoice and one (1) redemption per customer for the entire promotion (basis unique mobile number).

Only original, clear and valid invoices will be accepted. Handwritten, altered, incomplete, duplicate or unclear invoices, or invoices not matching the participant details, may be rejected.

5. E-SCRATCH CARD AND GIFT ALLOTMENT

Upon successful submission of the registration form on the microsite, the participant will receive a digital scratch card on-screen. The participant must scratch the hidden area digitally to reveal the assured gift/reward allocated to that scratch card.

Gifts are allocated randomly through a computerized process/algorithm. The gift revealed on the scratch card is final and cannot be exchanged, altered, substituted or converted into cash (except for cashback rewards which are paid as money).

6. VERIFICATION OF REGISTRATION AND ISSUANCE OF CONFIRMATION CODE

All registrations and invoices are subject to verification by the Organizers. Only ‘valid registrations’ will be processed further.

Upon successful verification, a confirmation code and a redemption link will be sent to the participant within 2 working days. If a registration is found invalid/ineligible, the participant will not receive the confirmation code/redemption link.

The Organizers may request additional information/documentation for verification at any stage, including KYC documents. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days may lead to rejection/forfeiture.

7. REDEMPTION – GENERAL

To redeem the assured gift, a valid participant must click the redemption link, log in using the details/OTP as prompted and submit the information required to process the reward.

Redemption request must be submitted on the redemption portal (or within 30 days from receipt of the redemption link), failing which the gift may be forfeited.

The name and mobile number entered at the time of registration/redemption must match the details on the invoice, as may be required by the Organizers. Any mismatch may render the entry ineligible.

8. GIFT TYPES AND SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

Each eligible participant will receive any one (1) gift from the following (as revealed on the scratch card), subject to these T&Cs:

• Cashback (e.g., INR 250 / INR 1,000 / INR 2,000)
• Gold Voucher (e.g., INR 5,000 / INR 10,000) (Voucher that can be redeemed only for purchase of Gold/Gold Jewellery)
• EV Car prize with maximum value of INR 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs only)

8A. CASHBACK

• Cashback will be processed through one of the available modes such as bank transfer, UPI or wallet, subject to availability and successful verification.
• Participants must provide correct payee details (bank account/UPI/wallet details, as applicable) on the redemption portal. The Organizers are not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect details.
• Cashback processing timeline: approx. 10-15 Days

8B. GOLD VOUCHER

• Gold voucher will be delivered as a digital code and/or link via SMS and/or email to the registered mobile number/email ID.
• Voucher issuance timeline: approx.10-15 Days
• Voucher usage is subject to the voucher issuer’s terms and conditions. The Organizers are not responsible for the issuer’s performance, redemption rules or expiry.

8C. EV CAR PRIZE (ONE WINNER)

Only one (1) participant during the Offer Period will win the EV Car prize (the "Car Winner"), as allocated by the computerized process and confirmed after verification. Upon winning this prize, participant will win an EV Car (electric vehicle) worth Rs. 10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs) as mentioned in 8C below.

The Car Winner must comply with the verification and documentation requirements. The Organizers will contact the Car Winner for verification and next steps.

Verification and Documentation

• The Car Winner must provide KYC documents including, without limitation: PAN card, Aadhaar/valid government photo ID, address proof, a recent photograph, and any other documents required for verification and for purchase/registration of the vehicle.
• The Car Winner must provide the original purchase invoice of the Eligible Product and any other proof of purchase as requested.
• The Organizers may conduct additional checks to validate eligibility and authenticity. Failure to satisfy verification requirements will result in disqualification and forfeiture.

Taxes

• All taxes, levies and statutory dues arising in connection with the Car prize and/or any other prize, including but not limited to income tax/TDS (as applicable) and any documentation charges, shall be borne solely by the winner/participant, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Organizers.
• The Car Winner must pay the applicable tax/TDS amount (as informed by the Organizers) and share proof of such payment (including UTR/transaction reference) and PAN details within 90 days of being notified, failing which the Car prize may be forfeited.
• Upon receipt of the applicable tax/TDS amount, Organizers shall arrange for issuance of the relevant TDS certificate as per applicable law.

Car Value, Payment to Dealer and Purchase Mechanics

• The Car prize is capped at INR 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) (the "Prize Value"). CNPL will make payment directly to the authorized dealer/seller of the vehicle selected/approved under this Offer, up to the Prize Value, subject to completion of verification and receipt of applicable taxes/TDS payment from the Car Winner.
• The Car Winner shall be responsible to complete all actions required for purchase, registration and delivery of the car with the dealer, including submission of documents, signing forms, and compliance with dealer/authority requirements.
• The dealer must issue correct invoices/proforma invoice(s) and supporting documents in the name/details as required by the Organizers to enable verification that payment is being made for the car. Organizers may withhold payment until satisfactory documentation is received.
• If the final on-road/ex‑showroom price (as applicable for payment) of the selected vehicle is less than the Prize Value, CNPL will pay only the actual invoiced price up to the Prize Value. No cash/credit will be provided for any unutilized difference.
• If the final price exceeds the Prize Value, the Car Winner must pay the difference amount directly to the dealer prior to delivery/registration.
• Any amounts towards registration, road tax, insurance, handling charges, accessories, extended warranty, AMC, FASTag or any other add-ons/ancillary costs shall be borne by the Car Winner, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by Organizers.
• The purchase of the vehicle must be completed within 2 (two) months from the date the Car prize is revealed/confirmed (or such earlier date as communicated), failing which the Car prize may be forfeited at the Organizers’ discretion.

Limitations

• The car make/model/variant, colour and availability are subject to dealer/manufacturer availability and regulatory requirements. The Organizers do not guarantee availability of any specific model/variant.
• The Organizers are not responsible for delays attributable to the dealer, OEM, registration authorities or force majeure events.
• The Car prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. DISQUALIFICATION AND FRAUD

• Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, tamper with or misuse the registration, scratch card or redemption process (including multiple registrations, forged invoices, or use of automated scripts) will result in immediate disqualification and may attract legal action.
• If the purchase is cancelled/returned, or if the Organizers are unable to validate the purchase/invoice, the participant will be disqualified and any gift already processed may be reversed/recovered to the extent permitted by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from participation in the Offer or acceptance/use of any gift, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
• The Organizers are not responsible for (i) late, lost, misdirected or incomplete registrations; (ii) technical failures of networks, servers, software, microsite/portal or devices; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; or (iv) errors in administration of the Offer.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the Offer, the decision of BSH shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

11. PUBLICITY

By accepting a gift, participants (and especially winners of high-value prizes) irrevocably permit BSH to use their name, city, photographs, video, voice and/or testimonials for Offer-related publicity, advertising and marketing, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a participant does not wish to provide such consent, the participant should not participate in the Offer.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title and interest in the Offer, the microsite, scratch card interface, promotional materials and related intellectual property shall vest solely with BSH and/or its licensors. Participants shall not copy, reproduce or exploit the same beyond participation in the Offer.

13. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY

The personal data collected for the purpose of this Offer may be used for successful operations of the Offer terms as well as advertising and/or marketing purposes. The personal data may be collected by a third party agency who works on behalf of BSH. You can at any time withdraw your consent for use of your personal data. If you do not wish to be contacted by BSH or its representative for advertising or marketing purposes, or if you wish to withdraw your consent you can, at any point of time shall write to us at service.in@bosch-home.com.

BSH is committed for the protection of personal information/ data received from the participant and every information/data provided by the participant under this Offer and shall be retained, stored, protected by BSH as per its privacy policy available at https://www.bosch-home.in/metapages/privacy-policy. By availing this Offer, participant agrees to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Privacy Policy and specifically agrees to be contacted by BSH in relation to this Offer.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of obligations under the Offer due to events beyond their reasonable control including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, war, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, strikes, lockouts, governmental actions, or failures of telecommunications/networks.

15. MODIFICATION / WITHDRAWAL

BSH reserves the right to change, defer, extend, modify, suspend or cancel the Offer (in whole or in part) for reasons beyond its reasonable control or to comply with applicable laws, without prior notice, provided that such changes will not adversely affect valid claims already submitted during the Offer Period in accordance with these T&Cs.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Offer.

18. MISCELLENEOUS

• Organizers reserve the right to change, defer, alter, or cancel this Offer in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages. Any decision of Organizers in this regard and in general with respect to this Offer and the terms and conditions thereto shall be final and binding.
• The decision of Organizers shall be final in all regards and no communication, queries or complaints shall be entertained in this regard. None of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between any participant and Organizers and the participant shall not have the authority to bind Organizers in any manner whatsoever.
• Failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other rights or remedies on the part of Organizers.
• If a participant is dissatisfied with the Offer, the gifts available for claiming and/or the terms and conditions of the Offer, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not to avail the Offer.
• The images of the prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/TVC's/pack shots etc. are for illustrative purposes only and the actual prize may vary from the depiction made.
• Organizers shall not be responsible for any incorrect/misleading information relating to the Offer, presented/ displayed on any other source other than the information available on the official Bosch India website. Organizers shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any participant based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any other source other than the official website.
• Organizers has endeavored to make all reasonably practicable arrangements to minimize communication system difficulties but can make no guarantee therefore and shall not be liable for any failures in the same.
• Organizers will not be liable for any loss, claim, damage, expenses whether expressed, implied, real, consequential incurred by the participant due to availing the Offer.
• Organizers are not responsible for participant not being able understand the Offer or for the participant’s misinterpretation of the same.
• Any disputes with respect to the Offer shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
• Organizers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage if it has to discontinue or cancel the Offer in compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. The participant shall be informed of such discontinuance/ cancellation as soon as possible.
• All participants availing the Offer are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility as deemed appropriate by Organizers and in case contestants fail to provide/substantiate the information provided to Organizers, then Organizers in their sole discretion, shall have the right to disqualify the participants from availing the Offer, without any liability.
• Participant availing the Offer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Organizers, its associated companies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the participant.
• This Offer is a trade promotion scheme and has no impact on the purchase value of the Eligible Products. Every eligible purchase entitles the customer to a scratch card carrying an assured gift/reward. The type or value of the reward may vary, but every participant is guaranteed a benefit. Participation in this promotion is optional, and the product is available at the same price even when the customer chooses not to avail this Offer.
